Double Bladed Chopping Knife - Chops raw and cooked vegetables, fruit and cooked and raw meats

Thick Slicer - Slices raw and cooked vegetables, fruits and cheeses

Discharge Plate - The patented discharge plate fits perfectly in the base of the SliceSy bowl - this design makes it very easy to remove the finished food from the bowl

Feeder Tube - The feeder enables you to place food into the SliceSy with safety when placing food into the processor; you may also add liquids, spices or other ingredients through this tube

Pusher - Inserted into the feeder tube, use this item to push the food into the SliceSy

How to use:

Simply attach your Bamix blender to the SliceSy, fit the required blade in to the disc holder and process away. A discharge plate fits into the base of the processing bowl so you ingredients can be easily removed once processed. The lid of the bowl includes a feeding tube so ingredients can be added without stopping; this also makes it safe to use.

The Bamix SliceSy can chop meat, raw vegetables and ice with its chopping blade. You can grate vegetables, fruit and cheese with the grater blade and with the slicer blade you can slice cucumber and other vegetables.

To attach the blades, simply find the attachment you require then hold the disc plate with the tube facing downwards and insert the attachment.  You need to have the number of the attachment facing towards the middle of the disc, hook the numbered side of the blade under the disc first then push the other side of the attachment into place, making sure that it is fitted securely before use.

To insert the double-sided chopping blade, simply insert the discharge plate.  The attachment then fits nicely on the centre of the discharge plate.  The blades are fitted, so they are working at the bottom of the bowl.
