The Bamix Black is a versatile and compact immersion blender suitable for home use. It features a 200 watt 2 speed motor; the low setting is suitable for blending light, airy dishes and small amounts and the high setting for firm produce and larger amounts.

All parts which come into contact with food are rust-proof, tasteless, odourless and resistant to corrosive ingredients.

The Bamix comes with a Mincer Blade for pureeing, blending, mixing and liquidising; a Beater Blade for beating, whipping, blending, homogenising, aerating and foaming; and a Whisk Blade for whisking, stirring, mashing, emulsifying and mixing cocktails.

Also included is a Grinder for dry ingredients and for mincing herbs; plus a 900-ml polycarbonate jug with lid - heat, freezer and microwave resistant and dishwasher safe; and a handy stand which stores the blender and blades.

Bamix is amazingly easy to use and weighs only 850 grams. This is comfortable to hold, whether you’re left- or right-handed.

The blades simply clip onto the bottom of the shaft and will cope with nearly every task. It can be switched on and off easily with your forefinger.
