Bank Holiday Deliveries
Please bear in mind that over Bank Holidays, your delivery from Ideal World may be affected. We will do all we can to get your goods to you in time, but, as many carriers do not operate on Bank Holidays, in some cases delivery may take a little longer than usual. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you enjoy your days off! .
Where is my order?
When we receive your order, an Order Confirmation screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You'll also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details. If you order by telephone, you will receive an order number. You can then find out where your order is at any stage by using the online Track and Trace service or by calling our Customer Services team.
What is your refund policy?
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Ideal World. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please see our Returns & Refunds page.
Where is my refund?

Why have I not received back postage costs on a returned order?
