Postage Promotions
Sometimes we do special postage offers to coincide with company promotions. When this happens this page will be updated with further details explaining how postage charges and delivery is affected. These details will only remain on this page for the length of the promotion. Please check back regularly for changes.
Delivery times
Your order will be delivered within 10 working days. Most deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is to ensure the goods are delivered and received correctly. If you can’t be there to sign for delivery and your order qualifies, you may be able to provide special delivery instructions during the checkout process for our drivers to leave the item(s) with a neighbour or in some other safe place. Otherwise, remember you can specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace, or a friend's address, etc.
Garden Bargains:
Please allow up to 14 working days for Garden Bargains purchases. Delivery procedure (as above) applies.
Note: If your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may be made separately.
UK Postage and Packing
Postage and packaging costs are calculated and shown as and when the address details are input. Costs are based on the item amount before any applicable discount or deduction (e.g Create and Craft discount) has been subtracted. The following is a breakdown of Ideal World postage and packing costs (UK only):
- Single item under £25.00, P&P £4.99
- Single item £25.00 and over, P&P £5.99
Jewellery/Jewellery Clearance:
- Single item under £25.00, P&P £4.99
- Single item £25-£99.99, P&P £5.99
- Single item £100 or over, P&P £8.99
Fashion:
- Single item, P&P £4.99
- Two items, £5.98
- Three items or more, P&P £6.99
Please note: These P&P charges apply to the majority of purchases, but there may be exceptions, such as for heavier items or more expensive items where higher P&P charges apply.
Multi-line P&P
Multi-line P&P rates are only applicable to items marked Multi-line P&P available.
- Single item, use product P&P costs as above
- Two items, £5.98
- Three items or more, £6.99
Postage and Packing outside the UK
