Lottie Mayor

"Ideal World has everything you could possibly want, all under one roof!"

During the past eight years, Lottie has loved the thrill of working in live television on shows such as ITV1's cult late night quiz show ‘Quizmania’. She's also managed to fit in her own radio show for Brooklands FM, and voice-over work including live continuity for Living TV - which Lottie remembers as very nerve-wracking, but great fun!

Before making her move into television work, Lottie spent many years working in musical theatre, performing in several UK tours and West End shows such as ‘Oliver’, ‘Aspects Of Love’, ‘Martin Guerre’ and ‘The Sound of Music’.

In 1998 Lottie had the huge honour of creating the lead role of Swallow in the original production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s ‘Whistle Down The Wind’ at The Aldwych Theatre. This led to her singing the title track from the show at Mr Lloyd Webber’s 50th birthday party at the Royal Albert Hall accompanied on the piano by the Lord himself!

When not in front of the camera, Lottie loves to chill out at home in Surrey with a magazine and her two cats Mimi and Myrtle, and Yorkshire terrier Stanley.
