When does my cover start? 

As soon as you take delivery of your purchase. It will extend the 12-month manufacturer's warranty by a further 24 months.

What is not covered?

Cover does not include accidental damage or secondary damage to your property caused by the breakdown of your item.

How long does the cover last?

The cover lasts for two years after the expiry of your 12 month manufacturer’s warranty has expired.

What if I decide I don’t want the cover?

You have 14 days after you take out the cover to cancel and you will receive a full refund, as long as you haven’t made a claim. After that you can still cancel and get a pro rata refund as long as you haven’t claimed

How do I make a claim? 

You will get full details of how to make a claim , including telephone numbers, contained in documents sent from Domestic & General, the company which provides the cover. 

When will I get my documents? 

You will receive your documents within 14 days of taking out the cover.

How do I cancel my cover? 

Telephone the Ideal World Customer Service team and your refund will be arranged.

Can I cover more than one item?

Yes, you can take out as many product replacement plans as you like to cover your purchases. You must take out the plan at the time you make the purchase for it to be valid.

How do I pay for the cover?

You can pay by either debit card, credit card or pre-paid card.

Can I get Product Replacement Cover on Flexi-pay?

Sorry, no - full payment for your Product Replacement Plan will be required, along with your first Flexi-pay instalment on the covered product (Terms and Conditions apply).
