Use it wrapped around the shoulders, upper back, lower back, tummy and hips. Firmly secure the wrap using the overlapping belts to provide good compression and support.

Your magnetic wrap may be used for as long and as often as you require.

Do not wash your Magnetic Back Support in the washing machine; occasionally it may be washed by hand.
