Breakfast
: Fresh Fruit Salad - Mix 25g mango, 50g pineapple, 25g blueberries and freshly chopped mint (to taste). Puree 150g strawberries until smooth and pour over fruit with a tablespoon of low fat yoghurt. 130 calories
Lunch
: Tuna Mayo Roll with Mixed Salad - Mix a 70g tin of tuna (in brine) with 10g reduced calorie mayonaise and serve in a 45g wholemeal bread roll with 50g lettuce, 50g red or yellow peppers and 10g spring onions. 195 calories
Dinner: Roast Chicken - Roast a 70g skinless chicken breast and serve with 80g roast potatoes, 60g broccoli and 50g carrots (steamed or boiled) and 100ml gravy (from granules) 281 calories

What is a portion of fruit or veg?

Fruit: 1 piece of fruit (e.g. an orange), a handful of grapes, or 7 strawberries or cherries

How do I heat the meals?
They can be heated in a saucepan over a low heat, or simply pop them into the microwave.
How do I mix the shakes?
For the best results and to create the most filling drink, we recommend that you use an electric blender. If, however, you do not have access to a blender, the shake can be mixed by hand or in a device such as a cocktail shaker.
How long will the shakes last once made up?
The shakes are milk-based and will last in the fridge for up to 12 hours or out of the fridge for approx 6 hours. They are thicker and creamier if consumed immediately, if left to stand, give a shake before drinking.
Can I add anything to the shakes?
The shakes are delicious when blended with fresh fruit into a nutritious smoothie.
Can I add herbs and spices to the meals?
Yes, a lot of people who regularly eat the meals add their own personal touches. Adding a sprinkle of fresh herbs or spices is an ideal way to add some variety into your diet without adding extra calories.
