Debbie Shore

"I loved shopping so much, I had to come and work for Ideal World!"

Debbie is known to Ideal World viewers for her love of sewing and beauty, and to her friends for her love of shopping!

Back in the 1980s, Debbie was a children's television presenter on ITV, where she worked with a whole host of puppets and popstars, appeared as Aladdin in panto, then grew up!

Before coming to Ideal World, Debbie worked for ITV and Sky One and popped up as many different characters in soaps and dramas. She also appeared in several commercials.

Debbie came to Ideal World in 2003 and particularly enjoys the sewing and beauty shows.

Born in Derby, Debbie has moved to Northamptonshire to be closer to work. She lives with her husband, Garie, who she has been with since 1984 and has three children, three cats and two dogs.

Not far – my childhood in the 1960s.
