Everything except milk is provided in your plan including daily snacks; we also recommend that you add in your own fruit and veg to boost your meals but still keeping within your chosen intake of calories. Most of the lunches and dinners can be microwaved, oven cooked or cooked on the hob, whilst milk can be added to the breakfasts.

With the average plan being 1200 calories per day, the Jane Plan ensures you are getting a wide and varied diet; they also cater for vegetarians.

Storage information:

Your food should be stored at ambient temperature. It does not have to be stored in a refrigerator or freezer unless it has been opened, then it should be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours. Jane Plan prepares the food by steaming then sealing whilst still hot into its individual packaging, preserving it naturally. Food is prepared in Jane Plan kitchens in Yorkshire.
