Every ingredient in this smoothie has oodles of energy enhancing properties.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 7 or 8 almonds
  • 1 teaspoon sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup leafy greens – spinach or kale
  • Half a small beetroot
  • Coconut milk or water (up to max. line)

Method:
Chop up all of your ingredients then place into your Nutribullet and whizz up. Ready for the gym!

Vitamin Blast

Description:
Calcium and fibre enriched goodness with a silky texture.

Ingredients:

  • ½ a lettuce
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup mango
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1 peach
  • 1 teaspoon Maca powder
  • Water (up to max. line)

Method:
Ensure you remove all stones before adding ingredients into the Nutribullet. Blast until it’s ready to drink.

Strawberry Defence

Description:

  • 80g chopped cucumber
  • 80g Morello cherries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 teaspoon coconut butter
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 3 ice cube

Method:
