Rated 5 out of 5 by Delicious Almost finished my first week on Jane Plan and have to say the meals are of premium quality, they don't taste like ready made at all and are superior to other similar delivered ready made diet plans. Have around a stone to lose and although realise the weight loss will slow down I've lost 5lbs after the first week, its the easiest weight loss I've ever had. Purchased at the pick of the day price but would definitely re purchase at the full price, thanks Ideal World and Jane Plan for the easiest and tastiest diet I've ever tried. 15 February 2016

Rated 3 out of 5 by Okay! On arrival it was that heavy I couldn't lift it, so I had to wait for a man to help me. On opening it was pretty messy, no real order to it some snacks were broken so it all needed sorting into sections breakfast lunch dinner. I would prefer if the labels had just add veg of this amount, but they don't. The portions are tiny, if I was having breakfast I would add five times as much cereal, I just hope I'm not going to be too hungry. It doesn't say if you workout add more food, I workout every day so I just know I'm going to be hungry. I should imagine it's going to be hard to stick to as portions are so small but time will tell. I will try and post again in a couple of weeks. 01 August 2016

We’re happy for you to try one day’s worth of meals from The Jane Plan 4 Week Hamper. If you do not like them or feel the diet is not for you just return the remaining items to us and we will refund you the full price for the hamper (excluding P&P charges). To qualify for this offer you must return a minimum of 27 of breakfasts, 27 snacks, 27 soups/salads and 27 meals (individual packs must be unopened and in their original condition) within 14 days from the date of delivery to you.

Storage information:

Your food should be stored at ambient temperature. It does not have to be stored in a refrigerator or freezer unless it has been opened then it should be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours. Jane Plan prepares the food by steaming then sealing whilst still hot into its individual packaging, preserving it naturally. Food is prepared in Jane Plan kitchens in Yorkshire. Most of the lunches and dinners can be microwaved, oven cooked or cooked on the hob, whilst milk can be added to the breakfasts.
