Many people have found that Teeter Inversion Tables can help temporarily relieve the type of backache brought on by the lives we lead today. We all know how good it feels to have a stretch. Inversion therapy simply helps us enjoy that moment a bit longer, but with additional positive effects.

Gravity is one of the most powerful forces your body is going to experience during your lifetime. The proof of this power is shown in your posture. Your spinal column is like a block of clay.
When you press it down, it bulges in the middle. Inversion is understood to increase the space between the vertebrae and temporarily decreases the pressure inside the vertebral discs giving the user temporary relief from the type of backaches brought on by the lives we lead.
Inversion is a passive activity; you can enjoy it every day. It’s not like going to the gym. Your only job on the table is to relax; gravity does the work for you, stretching and relaxing you.
Beginners should start at 1-2 minutes a session. As time progresses you can increase the amount of time you spend inverted. We always recommend that beginners should have a second person there to help them too, just in case.
But as you progress and feel comfortable, inversion can be done in private. As with all exercise; listen to your body, if you feel dizzy or faint, it’s time to stop.
