This is a genuine open edition print of Thomas Kinkade’s Victorian Christmas.
The image incorporates much of the Kinkade’s symbolism, the light in the house shows family values while the smoke from the chimneys show the warmth within.
Lamp Posts remind us to share the light while clouds in the sky remind us of lives that have past.
The bird in the sky symbolises freedom and peace. This beautiful print is framed in an antique gold frame with intricate detail; with a deluxe double mount.
Words from the Artist:
"Some homes just beg to be painted! This stately old Victorian stands on a prominent street corner in my hometown. I decided to turn the clock back to a Christmas Eve around the turn of the century and paint the house all lit up for open house festivities. The scene seemed so nostalgic that I couldn't resist painting Norman Rockwell in the lower left hand corner."
