Strawberry and Banana Smoothie
  • 1 vanilla shake sachet
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • 160-180mls cold water
  • 5 ripe fresh strawberries
  • ½ small banana cut into chunks
  • Sprig of fresh mint


Put the water into a blender and add the shake sachet. Slowly add the ice cubes, strawberries and banana and blend for 30-60 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and serve with a sprig of mint. This is a Weight to Go favourite - smoothies don't come any better than this!
Chocolate Orange Mousse
  • 1 chocolate shake sachet
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 80ml cold water
  • Juice of one orange or 4-5 drops orange essence


Put the water into a blender and add the shake sachet. Slowly add the ice cubes and orange juice/essence. Empty contents into a bowl and chill until firm consistency. Serve with fresh orange segments.
Bounty Vanilla Cream
  • 1 vanilla shake sachet
  • 80 ml water
  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • 4-5 drops coconut essence
  • Grated nutmeg
  • Fresh pineapple


Put the water into a blender and add the shake sachet. Slowly add the ice cubes and orange juice/essence. Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl and freeze for 30 minutes. Grate a little fresh nutmeg on the top and serve with fresh pineapple slices.
Chocolate and Mint Smoothie
  • 1 chocolate shake sachet
  • 160-180 mls water
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • 4-5 drops of mint essence
  • Fresh mint
  • Fresh peach cut into slices


Blend the shake as above adding the mint essence carefully. Pour into a tall glass and drink on its own or reduce the water and make a thicker shake to use as a topping over slices of fresh peach.
