With its hinged lid you won't need a lid stand or to worry about hot steam, and with its simple-to-use controls you can easily and quickly make meals at the press of the button, without worrying about pre-heating or the size and power of your regular kitchen oven.

This Cookshop 17L Halogen Oven with Hinged Lid and 2 Trays adds style and convenience to your kitchen, making cooking delicious food a breeze! It features halogen technology. The Halogen Oven transfers heat to the food by means of convection and conduction. As a result food can be cooked in a much shorter time.

The Halogen oven delivers heat directly to the food from a variety of directions within the glass bowl. Using circulating air, the convection oven cooks food quickly, efficiently and uses less energy than other cooking methods. This hot air method ensures even heat distribution of heat around the food.

The Halogen Oven

Featuring a hinged lid for safety and ease of use, the controls are simple and intuitive to use, making wonderful meals at the push of a button. Also comes with a 5 Litre extender ring – giving you up 17 litres. Perfect when you need to cook something of a larger size such as a whole large chicken.

Rosemary and Dolcelatte Hasselback Potatoes

Serves 4. Delicious and easy!


  • 4 Large baking potatoes
  • 100g Melted butter
  • 1 tsp. Garlic puree
  • 4 Sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 200g Dolcelatte cheese


  • Using chopsticks as a guide, make at least 10 incisions deep into each potato with a knife.
  • Stud the potatoes with the fresh rosemary.
  • Mix the garlic and melted butter together and liberally brush the potatoes with this mixture and place into the oven for 70 minutes.
  • Brush any remaining butter mixture and crumble the Dolcelatte cheese onto the potatoes.
  • Return to the oven for a further 15 minutes.
  • Remove when crispy and brown

Chilli Chicken Wings

Serves 4. Great on a picnic.


  • 475g chicken wings
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Garnish and lime wedges
  • Serve with salad


  1. Mix together the tomato paste with the sweet chilli sauce, ginger, garlic and mayonnaise in a large bowl with a spoon. You can add some extra spices if you like it hot! Add the chicken and coat with the sauce.
  2. Pour the mixture on the round tray and cook on the highest rack of the Halogen oven at 250 for 10 minutes, stirring every 23 minutes.
  3. Turn the temperature down to 200C. Stir and cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring half-way through this.
