How to operate:

1. On dry skin apply Smooth Out & Firm Up Body Gel using the applicator head to an area you want to be treated.

2. Remove the protective cover and plastic cover from the centre of the treatment head. Press and hold the on/off button until device turns on. The device will then move through the four modes one after the other spending one minute in each mode. The device will then start again in mode 1 and cycle through each mode continuously.

3. Use a steady circular massaging motions until the skincare product is absorbed. Keep your hand in contact with the conducting strip at all times.

4. Carry out one complete cycle (4 minutes) on each area that you want to treat. You can skip between modes by pressing the on/off button.
