Spin classes are hugely popular high intensity studio workouts but you want to exercise at your own pace and resistance in the comfort of your own home?

MONITOR

The monitor has an LCD display which shows Scan, Time, Speed, Distance, Calories, and Pulse. The display automatically turns on once pedalling has commenced. Once the pedalling has stopped, the
display will turn off after 4 minutes of being inactive.
Press the red MODE button once to scan through the different modes indicated by the small triangle arrow.
Scan mode: Automatically scrolls through each mode.
Time mode: Shows length of time exercising in minutes and seconds up to 99.59 minutes.
Speed mode: Shows Speed on MPH. (This value will stay displayed on the monitor.)
Calories mode: Tracks calories burned when exercising. This is only a guide and may not be accurate to calories you are actually burning.
ODO mode: This will record your total distance over time until you reset it.
Distance mode: Shows distance covered in MPH - Miles per Hour, will increase 0.01mph at a time.

RESISTANCE 

To increase the resistance turn the dial on the main frame anti-clockwise, to decrease turn it clockwise. It is recommended to start off at a low resistance and increase gradually. To stop the VB1000 Spin Bike, quickly press down on the adjustment dial.
