Built as an oscillating platform with 20 levels of speed, you can benefit from Vibration training and get an intense workout in just ten minutes. Oscillating (see-saw motion) means that when one side of the plate is up, the other is down. So one leg is moving up, while the other is moving downwards, just like the action of a see-saw. This means alternating muscles are constantly being worked, giving you an effective workout.
