Easy Pay Terms

For your convenience, payment for our more expensive items is offered in a number of conveniently spaced and equal interest free instalments. The details for each product are shown alongside the price.

Your credit card will be charged an initial payment prior to despatch of the item and for the remaining balance in equal interest free instalments at regular intervals after that. Unless stated otherwise, those intervals will be monthly. Any postage and packing will be charged on despatch of the goods and should you prefer to pay the remaining balance in one go you can contact us or see the details included with delivery of your order.  The amounts to pay at the point of despatch and to pay later will be shown in your basket page as you confirm your order.

If you prefer to pay in full for an item and not take advantage of our interest-free instalments then ensure the box remains unticked.

We regret that we are unable to offer instalments to customers outside the UK.

Should you not want to use the same credit card for the remaining instalment payments after we have despatched your delivery, please contact our Customer Service department on 0333 00 32 777.

EASY Pay FAQs

  • When will each scheduled instalment be taken from my bank account?
    • Every 30 days following the date of despatch.
  • How do I take up the option of EasyPay
    • Providing you have the option available on your chosen product, if you’d like to pay via instalments, just tick the box at checkout., otherwise you can pay in full.
  • How do I know if I will be eligible for easypay?
    • All orders and payment options are subject to status and availability
  • This only relates to credit card, can the customer pay by any other method? Debit card, Standing Order?
    • During the ordering process we can offer payments via MasterCard, Visa, Switch or Invoice.
  • What if the credit card is due to expire during the term?
    • We will contact you with a reminder.
  • Can the customer change their details during the term and how?
    • Customers can amend instalment products to pay in full, but unfortunately if you have previously selected to pay in full once the item is despatched we would be unable to offer instalments payments.
  • Can the customer settle the account early and how?

  • What happens if I miss a payment?
    • Reminders are generated for missed payments, if 3 reminders are generated in total the item is then billed in full to the account.
  • When will the postage charge be taken from my account?
    • P&P is included within the instalment bill accompanying the item, if payments are via card this will be in the first instalment, if via invoice it will be with the second and item bills every 30 days from despatch of goods.
