You collect loyalty points in a variety of ways. Create an account in the shop and you'll immediately receive 50 points. Additionally, every pound you spend equals 1 point. You can also follow us on social media, support us, share posts, or write reviews. The points from these activities are credited immediately.  If you share your date of birth with us, we'll reward you with 20 points before your next birthday.  If you recommend Ideal World to a friend, you'll receive £10 worth points, which will be credited to your account when your referral spends £50. (The referral will also receive a £10 discount on their first purchase in the online shop.)

Your points are credited at different times. For example, you receive points for your purchases after 30 days. Points for social media activity are credited within a few minutes. Points for product reviews are credited immediately. Should you experience any problems crediting your points despite a successful purchase and compliance with the applicable deadlines, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Redeeming your points is straightforward. In the second step of checkout, you can use a slider to select how many of your collected points you want to use.

No, loyalty points are personal and non-transferable. They are tied to your account. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash.

If you paid for an order with points and wish to cancel it, the points used for that order will not be lost. The returned points will be credited to your points account. The points should typically be back in your account within a few minutes and the points earned for the order will be lost.
